What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each rental comes with skilled crew members, safety gear, fuel, and essential refreshments. Included items can vary based on the type of service — evening cruises come with top-tier refreshments and starters, while business rentals offer meeting facilities and professional catering choices.
When should I make a reservation?
Booking your rental 2–3 weeks prior is advised to guarantee availability, particularly during the high season (May–September). For business events or private gatherings, reserve 4–6 weeks ahead for more selection and customization time.
What is the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our primary concern. In the event that our captain considers the weather unsafe, we'll suggest a new date for your rental or give a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will get in touch with you 24 hours before departure if the forecast is uncertain.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you're allowed to bring personal food and drinks. We also offer an exceptional catering service with customizable menus to fit your tastes. Note that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility restrictions?
We aim to serve all guests. Some yachts are more accessible than others. Get in touch with us about your specific requirements when booking, and we will suggest the best yacht and make any necessary arrangements.
What's the policy on cancellations?
Cancellations done 72 hours before departure are fully refundable. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours prior are 50% refundable. Cancellations less than 24 hours before are non-refundable unless due to weather or mechanical issues on our end.
